Our home is located near SM Seaside Cebu but I could only count the times that we’ve been to this place, thanks to my laziness due to pregnancy and now with my baby nursing excuses. So when my parents visited us last week, even though I was having a UTI, how could I say no? Louise was one of the happiest kid that day as we spent our afternoon at Skypark children’s playground. Believe it or not, it was her first time to play here haha! I’ll just post a separate article about it.
Anyway, while Louise and her cousin Finn were playing, the rest of us we’re already thinking where to eat for dinner. Papa said he’s done eating with pork that week so we opted for seafood. We only knew very few restaurants in the mall so we decided to just take a stroll and hoping we could find the right place (sobrang pihikan pa naman si father dear!). And luckily, we found Paolito’s, a restaurant owned by the same family that brought us the famous STK ta Bay! located in Capitol Site, Cebu City. They have their menu posted beside the front door, see below:
We’ve tried STK ta Bay! for several times already so without second thoughts, we went inside. Papa requested for fish and vegetables so we ordered Tuna Panga and Mixed Vegetables. I need soup to boost my breastmilk supply so we added Tinolang Lapu-lapu.
I love STK ta Bay’s Camaron Rebosado so I also ordered one platter for us, hoping they taste the same.
As expected, all dishes taste as delicious as the ones being served in STK ta Bay. As for the ambience, Paolito’s also display several antique collections which complete the ancestral home feel.
You can also see how your grilled dishes are done in their grilling area.
All-in-all, the place is great, affordable and perfect for small family gathering. The floor area is not that big though so if you have kids with you, running and playing is not ideal.
Paolito’s is located at 3rd floor Skypark, behind Bowling Centre. For reservations, you may call 032-5132800 or 09173200816.
