In celebration of the National Women’s Month, the Aboitizland and the Lactation Attachment Training Counseling and Help (LATCH) teamed up to bring “Dagan Para Sa Gatas Ni Nanay”, an exhilarating fun run for the completion of the first human milk bank in Region 7 at the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center (VSMMC).
The run for a cause will feature 1K, 5K, and 10K races from The Outlets at Pueblo Verde to MEZ II. 5K and 10 K distances are open to all, while our 1K race is a special category designed for parents carrying their babies in harnesses or body carriers and kiddie runners for ages 10 years old and below.
It’s all happening on March 19th at 3 PM. Registration is at P300 for all categories starting February 27 at these designated registration hubs:
• The Persimmon Plus Office at Mabolo
• iMEZ Building at Pueblo Verde
• AboitizLand Admin Office
• Runnr at the Ayala Center Cebu on Saturdays and Sundays only until race day.
Exclusively breastfeeding my 9 month old baby is one of the many things I am proud of right now. Hopefully, I could join this event together with hubby and kids!
