My Kids Are Now Fully Vaccinated in Cebu City

May 6, 2022

My girls, 9 years old and 5 years old received their 1st dose of the Covid-19 vaccine last March 16 and the 2nd dose followed last April 6. It’s been exactly a month since they were fully vaccinated, thankfully, they didn’t experience any unusual side effects. Martina had a mild fever after her 2nd dose and that was it, the fever was gone the next day.

For those who are still hesitant to get their kids aged 5-11 vaccinated, feel free to do more research but if you ask me, there’s really nothing to worry about. If you live in Cebu City and already decided to have your children vaccinated, please register them online here: https://vims.cebucity.gov.ph/page/portal. If you haven’t received a text about your schedule, don’t worry because some vaccination sites accept walk-ins as long as already registered.

Here are the vaccination sites (I got this information when I called LGU last March 14, 2022).

Robinsons Cybergate Cebu – accepts walk-ins the whole day (8:00AM – 5:00PM)
Ayala Center Cebu – accepts walk-ins in the afternoon (morning allotted for those we received the text)
Abellana – accepts walk-ins in the afternoon (morning allotted for those who received the text)

PLEASE CALL any of the following numbers to be sure about the schedule as there might be changes from the last time I called:
0928-934-7184
0928-826-7084
032-255-7960
032-411-0155

Anyway, there were only a few minors at Robinsons Cybergate, we finished everything in an hour (9:00AM – 10:00AM). The process was smooth, everyone was very friendly to the kids, and my girls even had fun taking photos after.
