Positioned as a full-scale digital solution for event management, the PlanOut V2 event organizing app was introduced as part of the Negros Oriental SummerFest 2026 kickoff, reinforcing its role as a key platform for managing large-scale sports and tourism initiatives across Negros Oriental.

The platform went live on April 11, 2026, opening registrations for the PlanOut Pickleball Open in Dumaguete, a ₱1,000,000 national tournament scheduled for May 1 to 3.

Among the first to register were celebrity pickleball enthusiasts Diana Zubiri and Jeffrey Tam, who participated in the live demonstration during the event.

The initiative is led by Negros Oriental Governor Manuel “Chaco” Sagarbarria and the Provincial Tourism Board Executive Director for Negros Oriental, Mr. Woodrow Maquiling, Jr. , who continues to champion the integration of sports into tourism development efforts.
