I was able to enjoy their tasty food selection and steak during their Chef’s Table Launch for media partners. When I entered the restaurant, this was the spot that first caught my attention, very nice wall decors and chandeliers.
In the corner was their fresh meat and it was their resident British-Filipino Chef, Jaimes Van Haght who sliced the meat for us. From there, we were asked how we like our steak cooked and then we’re given a number.
Along with the unlimited steak, Marble + Grain also has other variety of sumptuous offerings like baked macaroni, mashed potato, desserts, and vegetable salad, all perfect to pair with the steak.
While waiting for my steak, here was my plate. And yes, all of these were very delicious.
After a short time, finally, here it was, my medium rare Angus steak! They have several sauces available but their red wine sauce is a must-try!
And what’s the perfect drink to complement the perfectly-grilled steak? Wine! Thankfully, Marble + Grain has an excellent wine selection.
